Real world experience, one chore at a time

A first job, at home. Training wheels for real life.

Kids prove their work with photos, submit a timesheet, reflect on how it went, and get manager feedback. Raises, consequences, and side gigs included. That is how real jobs work, and it is how kids actually learn to balance.

What a checkbox app can't teach

Proof of work

Checklists, reference photos of what done looks like, and a photo from the kid. Parents approve, give partial credit, or send it back with a note.

Timesheets and reflection

Each pay period the kid reviews their own work, writes what went well and what was hard, and a parent signs off like a manager.

Raises, not static rates

Rate reviews every few periods. Good, consistent work earns more, and every change is logged with a reason.

Consequences you can read

Penalties come with a reason. Withdrawals are itemized. If a sibling covers your chore, the ledger says so.

Side gigs count

Mowed a neighbor's yard? Log it. Initiative outside the chore list shows up as real income on the pay stub.

Save, spend, give

Every paycheck splits into jars. Goals, parent matches, and interest make saving click.
